RETURNS POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your Publik golf order. We will gladly accept your return in original condition, with all tags attached, within thirty (30) days of your order being placed.

If your product is eligible for return, we offer return shipping labels via the online Returns Portal. Please note that the shopper is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Publik golf reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet Publik golf’s shipping and returns policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused and if accepted, will be subject to an $10 restocking fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Return Processing Time Frame: 5-7 business days once the return package is received. Sales items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund minus a $10 restocking fee.

Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

• Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

• Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

• Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

• Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

• Quality: Within 90 days of when the package was marked delivered
